Message	j/k. All I meant was don't do try to shave it yourself. If you blow it, it will either look crappy or you will have to pay the bodyshop to fix it prior to prep anyways. Here is my reference point. I had to have the headlamp washer holes filled in on my new fascia. They basically remove some additional material around the hole, fill it with plastic and then sand it to blend it into the rest of the fascia and repeat until it is a smooth surface. To just paint the fascia would have been C$ 300. To fill in the holes as described takes the price up to C$ 450 so a net increase of C$ 150 (U$ 120) which I personally considered to be a reasonable price for a professional job.
